Loading...In Bangladesh’s Khulna City of Khulna District, Shaheed Hadis Park (also known as Hadis Park) is a park situated on the western side of Bangladesh Bank Khulna Branch on Babukhan Road. Later, it was given the martyr Sheikh Hadisur Rahman Babur’s name after he was shot dead by the police on February 21, 1969, while taking part in an anti-Ayub rally. In Shaheed Hadis Park, a brand-new Shaheed Minar has been constructed using the design of Dhaka’s main Shaheed Minar.

A watch tower can be seen in the distance. If you climb it, you can get a bird’s-eye view of the entire park.

How to get there:
Take the bus headed for Khulna from Dhaka or any other city to get to Khulna. You will then be taken to Hadis Park by rickshaws or battery-operated TomToms.
