Laxman Saha Zamindar Bari – Narsingdi

To witness this captivating beauty, you need to visit Danga village in Narsingdi.

Locally, this house is also known as “The Lawyer’s House.”

There are three zamindar houses in Danga village:

  • Laxman Saha: The most beautiful in terms of craftsmanship.
  • Sudan Saha: Currently home to a family.
  • Kundu Saha: Now abandoned, and the largest in size.

Additionally, you can visit the Balapur Bidhan Saha Zamindar Bari in Madhabdi, Narsingdi.

From Madhabdi Bazar/Bus Stand, take an auto rickshaw for 2-3 kilometers to reach the Zamindar Bari, which is also large and full of intricate carvings.

How to Reach:

You can reach Narsingdi’s Panchdona Mor from any part of the country, then take an auto rickshaw (fare 20 Taka per person) to Danga. From there, take a rickshaw (fare 10-15 Taka) to the Zamindar Bari.
