From children to adults, it offers fun for everyone. Located in Uttara in Sector 15, near Khalsapara, DiyaBari, Fantasy Island is an amusement park in Dhaka. Being very close to the city, it is an ideal spot for a day trip.
Built on three acres of land, Fantasy Island in Uttara offers 23 different rides. The rides cater to both children and adults, and the park has been specifically designed with children in mind.
In addition to common rides like the Ladybug and Roller Coaster, there are also some unique options. Some of the more unusual rides include Bungee Jump, Pendulum, and Swing Cars. Other attractions include the Bay Pirate Ship, Bumper Cars, Bumper Boats, Sky Fall, Octopus, Paratrooper, Self-Control Plane, Animal Kids Ride, Children’s Train, Jumping Fantasy, Ladybug, Two-Wheeler Scooty, Mini Car, Merry-Go-Round, and more. The indoor area has rides for children as young as one or two years old, along with indoor games.
At the center of the park, you will find a finger food corner offering spiral chips, popcorn, and other snacks. Additionally, there is an indoor zone, a 5,000-square-meter food zone, and a unique auditorium. Here, you can enjoy magic shows by the country’s top magician, Ali Raj, and a puppet show. Fantasy Island also features an amazing swimming complex.
Entry Fee and Rides
The entry fee for the park is 200 Taka, and the rides cost between 30 to 100 Taka. However, entry is free for children under two years and people with disabilities. Elderly people can also enjoy free entry under certain conditions.

How to Get to Fantasy Island
From any part of Dhaka or the country, you first need to reach Uttara House Building (Mascot Plaza). From there, you can take a rickshaw or tempo to Khalsapara.
If you’re traveling by personal car: For those coming from outside Uttara, from House Building (Mascot Plaza Uttara), head 3 km west along the Sonargaon Janapad road. After crossing Khalsapara Bridge, continue for about 300 yards and you will find Fantasy Island on the left side.
