Mirzapur Cadet College is located at 90°9′ East longitude and 24°5.3′ North latitude. To the north, it is adjacent to the Dhaka-Tangail Highway, and three sides are surrounded by Rajabari village. A small branch of the Banshi River runs along its eastern side, while to the south and southwest, the Barinda River flows. On the west side, the Futjani River flows and merges with the Barinda River.

Mirzapur Cadet College is located in Rajabari, a place in the Goraei Union of Mirzapur Upazila, Tangail District. For easy access, the college is situated on the south side of the Dhaka-Tangail Highway, about 10 km from the Mirzapur bus stand towards Dhaka. Buses and tempos from Mirzapur and Kaliakoir are available to reach Mirzapur Cadet College, with a fare of 10 taka.
